Salary: £16 per hour + KPI Bonus

Harry at Amber Mace is working with a well-established client who are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join their team in a small to mid-sized residential home in Sittingbourne. If you have a passion for providing excellent care and leading a team, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the residential home.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of care staff to ensure high standards of care and compliance.
• Support staff development and training to maintain a skilled and caring workforce.
• Ensure all residents receive person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and choice.
• Work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the overall success of the home.
Requirements:
• Experience: Proven experience in a care home setting and experience in managing or leading a team.
• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential. Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 5 (fully funded by the company).
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
• Knowledge of care regulations and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care.
