Telesales Manager

Location:

Manchester City Centre

Salary:

£40,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

Hours:

37.5 hours per week (hours between 08:00am and 18:00pm)

Do you have experience of managing a team of individuals within a telesales environment? The Recruitment Co. are currently supporting one of our key clients and this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities:

Achieving a team target that's aligned to budget
Ensuring that each Telesales Executive achieve targets
Outbound sales process set with minimal KPI's
Converting inbound sales leads into profitable new business
Driving daily performance against set target
Assist with migration from ATOS to digital platform - App/Web
Implementing a yielding strategy to drive revenue through the telesales team
Compiling and analysing sales figures to report back to the wider business
Delivering excellent customer service to both existing and new customers
Driving the implementation and growth of new products into both new and existing business
Perform monthly 1-2-1's with the telesales team to develop individuals
Setting yearly Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) in line with the overall sales strategy
Responsibility for monitoring competitor activity
Ensuring accurate input of data into Microsoft CRM
Manage customer misuse of season tickets ensuring adherence to T's and C's
Manage and monitor web chats which come into the sales team for quality purposes
Distribution of 'contact us' via the website ensuring customers are contacted within 24 hours SLA

The Person:

Being able to conduct monthly 121's and recognise areas for development and set annualised objectives
Understand how to set targets and KPI's, which in turn will drive a pre-determined result
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Clear communication skills
Ability to drive a team's performance to a given target
Previous knowledge of CRM systems
Previous team management in a similar environment
Previous experience of selling over the phone or field sales
