Are you an experienced Senior Paediatric Nurse looking to make a real difference? Our client is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to join their outstanding team at a state-of-the-art children's hospice in Barnet, North London. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and transform clinical services, providing exceptional care for seriously unwell children and their families and comes with a salary up to £57,712 per year and a £5,000 welcome bonus.

This role offers a competitive salary up to £57,712 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a joining bonus of £5,000 over three years, with the first £500 paid on appointment. Additionally, you'll be part of a supportive and inclusive environment, working in a stunning new building set in a North London nature reserve.

Our client is a highly respected children's hospice that provides specialist care and nursing for babies, children, and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. As a Clinical Services Manager, you will:
Support the leadership, management, development, and transformation of Clinical Services.
Drive positive change management across clinical services.
Develop and enhance the relationship between Holistic and Clinical Services.
Collaborate with senior colleagues to improve outcomes for children and their families.
Build relationships with other providers, commissioners, and regulators.
Provide line management support to the clinical team, including Specialist Play.
Oversee the management of the Clinical Services rota and partake in the out-of-hours Senior Nurse On-Call rota.

The Clinical Services Manager role offers a comprehensive package that includes:
Annual salary of £51,145-£57,712, depending on experience.
Joining bonus of £5,000 over three years, with the first £500 paid on appointment.
37.5 hours per week (full-time) on a fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate for the Paediatric Clinical Services Manager role will:
Be a Registered Sick Children’s Nurse or Registered Nurse (Child Branch) with BSc level study or equivalent experience.
Have significant post-qualification experience at staff nurse band 6 or above.
Possess excellent clinical and communication skills.
Have experience in paediatric palliative care, leadership, and management.
Be skilled in change management and driving positive change.
Have experience in recruitment, selection, and retention.
Be competent in IT skills, including Microsoft packages and electronic patient records.
