Operating out of three strategic offices, this highly reputable firm has established a strong presence in the Birmingham market and currently boasts a Quantity Surveying team of six.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will become a key member of a thriving team, contributing to the company's ambitious growth plans. With a projected turnover of £2 million this year and a goal of £2.85 million next year, the firm aims to expand its group turnover from £8 million to £20 million within the next four years. The Quantity Surveyor

You will also possess:
MRICS ideally or currently working towards and in need of greater APC support
Holds a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or construction related degree
Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a UK Consultancy
A successful track record running projects from inception to completion is highly desirable
Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
A valid UK driving licenseIn Return?
The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
