Dental Practice Manager Jobs in Peterborough. ZEST Dental Recruitment is working in partnership with an established practice in Peterborough who are seeking to recruit experienced Dental Practice Manager with strong communication and leadership skills. Confident in managing a large team of professionals and an understanding of clinical healthcare environments.

Practice Manager responsibilities and skills:

Delivering industry leading patient care.
Review, monitor and plan to ensure delivery of income targets of the practice (including recruitment, marketing, diary book management, patient recalls, take up and treatment plans)
Ability to motivate, lead and engage a team.
Collaborating and influencing conversations to drive forward business priorities
Proactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbers
As the CQC registered manager you will ensure the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines.
Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff
Confidence in using computer software's and communication via emails/telephone/Microsoft teams
Established team with Long Standing patient base. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practice manager to join this large multi surgery practice and whilst previous dental experience desirable we welcome applications from successful managers from other healthcare settings.
