Workshop & Field Team Leader

We are currently seeing a Workshop & Field Team Leader to join our Technology clients. The role is based in Kent and comes with a salary up to £50,000.
Responsibilities for Workshop & Field Team Leader
Lead, develop and motivate workshop and field team members to achieve the targets set
Ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures
Support planning and allocation of resources and budgets of engineering projects
Own and manage training and tools log for all team members
Coordinate engineering activities according to the organisational guidelines
Support overtime and expenses claims review and approval
Preparation and review of RAMS and job cards
Perform work-in-progress and post-completion audits
Requirements for Workshop & Field Team Leader
Electrical/technical background required
Use own initiative and organised
Self-starter keen to pick up new skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
Knowledge of power industry, transmission and distribution networks
Stakeholder management skills across all levels of seniority
Excellent administration written and verbal communication skills
People management and leadership experience
Knowledge of Information security and Cybersecurity
Ability to interpret and use project planning software (AutoCAD knowledge)
