Siamo Group are looking for an additional x2 Customer services advisors to work for our client in Birch Coppice Business Park, Dordon, with immediate starts available for successful applicants

Duties will include

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately enter customer information and update records in the database
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and fulfilment

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
