Supporting the Team: Offering guidance, support, and assigning responsibilities to teaching assistants to ensure they excel in their roles.
Timetable Management: Creating and overseeing daily schedules to ensure teaching assistants are efficiently deployed where needed.
Student Support: Working alongside teachers to help students with a range of learning needs, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Progress Monitoring: Assessing student progress, identifying areas of improvement, and helping implement strategies to boost student achievement.Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
A genuine passion for education and student development.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role in education.
