We are currently working with a market leading PPE manufacturer based in Smethwick, West Midlands who are on the lookout for an Internal Sales Executive.
The role is office based, however there is an option for 2 days from home each week!
Hours are 9-5:30 Monday- Friday.
Any office based sales experience will be suitable- ideally within B2B product based sales.
The Role:
Objectives
* To ensure that budgeted sales and margin levels are achieved.
* Developing existing customers to maximize revenue.
* Interpreting customer’s requirements and presenting them with a solution.
* Building new business relationships.
* Developing and maintaining a professional relationship with customers
Responsibilities
* Account Management
* Conducting outbound calls to develop leads and prospects for potential new business.
* Contacting lapsed accounts and selling to existing clients to further maximize revenue.
* Web research to develop leads & prospects.
* Ensure a high level of customer service is achieved.
* Ensure that appropriate level of technical product knowledge is maintained.
* Support Area Sales Managers.
* Seek opportunity to broaden the customer base and routes to market.
* Conduct monthly sales reports to analyze and evaluate overall area performance
