We are looking for a driven Telecoms & Contact Centre Consultant, who has both telephony and contact centre experience in a client-facing role. You will provide guidance and expertise whilst building professional business relationships with customers and suppliers. Interested?...
What we need you to bring to the team:
Experience with complex telephony and contact centre systems in a technical delivery or consulting capacity.
A good understanding of enterprise and communications technologies.
Presentation experience to project teams and business stakeholders.
High levels of self-motivation and a desire to grow and be part of the company
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous technical support or project experience.
