Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Courier Operations Clerk for a busy Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Ashford, Middlesex area.

Duties:-

* Assisting with all courier operations

* Keeping an excel spreadsheet of orders

* Stocktaking end of each month

* Picking and packing orders

* Dealing with constant online orders

* Raising house AWB using the in house system courier navigator

* Tracking the shipments and updating clients

* Speak to clients and take orders over the phone

* Giving out quotes for specific shipments

Experience Required:-

* Courier operations

* Excellent Verbal and Written comms skills

* Excellent customer service skills

* Basic IT skills

* Able to use own initiative

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
