Responsibilities:

Consultative Leadership: Provide expert guidance and support to the managers of the cafes and bars, helping them achieve their full potential.
Strategic Oversight: Work closely with the team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and enhance customer experience.
Autonomy: Enjoy the freedom to make impactful decisions, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior food and beverage role.
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute successful strategies.
Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to leadership.
