Overheating Assessor

This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK's leading multidisciplined consultancy who provide expert environmental services to the commercial and residential industries. They are on the lookout for an Overheating Assessor to join their overheating team who are based in Devon but provide the flexibility of remote working.

Role responsibilities for an Overheating Assessor include:

Produce TM52 and TM59 reports as well as carrying out Part O assessments
Use IES software to carry out overheating and thermal comfort analysis, as well as undertaking thermal modelling
Work alongside clients and the project team and ensure sustainability requirements of projects are successful achieved throughout a project's lifecycle
Produce general energy and sustainability statements for planningKey requirements for the Overheating Assessor role include:

Relevant experience within a sustainability or building physics engineering role within the built environment industry
Proficiency with IES-VE software to carry out overheating analysis and energy modelling
Experience with producing TM52 and TM59 reports for planning
Excellent organisational and communication skillsBenefits of the role include:
