Customer Service Advisor

Location: Hatfield
Salary: £26,500 per year
Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Job details: Permanent, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, onsite parking, health & wellbeing services, development opportunities

Customer Service Advisor - Main Duties:

Responding to Customer calls and emails efficiently
Handling customer enquiries in a timely manner, in line with SLAs
Using Excel to input data and complete documentation
Customer Service Advisor - Skills & Qualifications:

Customer service experience
Attention to detail and organised approach
Teamwork and communication skills
Calm under pressure
Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
