The kitchen thrives on precision, passion, and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards to produce a memorable experience for every guest. You will be working as part of a small team and in charge of looking after both retail & hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
Responsible for sites entire food operation
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
Work closely with the front of house team to ensure smooth service during high-pressure periods.
Responsible for menu development and food innovation, staying ahead of culinary trends.
Oversee the training and development of team members.Requirements:

Previous experience working in a professional kitchen.
Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional dishes.
A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead when necessary.
Passionate about using seasonal, high-quality ingredients to create innovative dishes.
Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certifications.What they Offer:
