Marketing - Procurement - Media

Marketing Procurement Lead (Publishing) required by Global, well known Multimedia Publishing company, based in London with the ability to work 'Fully Remote' or work in the London office. You will be working within the main Procurement Team.

Key Accountabilities will be:

• Establish category plans, preferred supplier lists, execute sourcing strategies, manage risk, drive innovation and manage key suppliers
• Develop and execute a robust stakeholder management strategy - translating business priorities into sourcing initiatives that deliver agreed outcomes
• Utilise spend analytics to prioritise initiatives and proactively recommend strategies for maximising value
• Deliver measurable savings against agreed targets
• Work in collaboration with the extended team to drive function wide objectives - including enabling guided buying channels
• In conjunction with legal, ensure sourcing contracts protect the companies interests and drive robust risk strategies whilst promoting sustainability and diversity

Skills and Knowledge required are as follows:

• 8+ years of experience in the field
• Expert in the marketing procurement space (both strategy and execution)
• Media and creative experience
