FM Helpdesk Administrator

Westminster

Full Time – (40 hrs per week)

Shift Work Pattern - 8:00am to 5:00pm, or 9:00am to 6:00pm, on a weekly rotational basis

Skanska have a Hard Services FM contract with the MoD on a key government building in Westminster and seek an Administrator with Facilities Management service knowledge to join the team to provide helpdesk and administrative support - on site (we cannot offer WFH on this contract ).

The job will see you involved in :

* Administration and allocation of all planned and reactive works through the CAFM system

* Provide early warning management of the site SLA and KPI planned and reactive tasks

* Provide administrative support to the Operational, Technical and Capital Works Team as required

* Resource planning and allocation of resource to support in the delivery of direct/third party works in and out of hours

* Administration of all sub-contractor logistic arrangements, including processing of service records , cross referencing the CAFM system as required to ensure correct information is recorded

* Logistical access arrangements for all areas including secure areas for engineers and contractors as required; this includes car parking arrangements, and ensuring correct processes are followed

* Assist with the team’s general administration

Skills /Experience required :

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* Proven experience in the proficient use of MS Office

* Excellent communications skills with good verbal and written communications at all levels

* Ability to demonstrate experience in customer facing role

* Knowledge and experience of CAFM system, reports, and ability to interrogate historic reactive and PPM data (desirable)
