We are recruiting for a well known business in the Pontefract area to recruit an Office Administrator.
The role will work across various departments but no 2 days will be the same.
Duties
* Manning reception
* Book travel/meeting rooms
* Work alongside facilities & engineering
* Ordering Stock & Stationary
* Creating marketing contact - internal and external adverts for social media
* Supporting the commercial team with events
* Organising Team events and staff
* Assisting finance with credit card statement checks
The Office Admin
* Excellent communication skills
* must be able to communicate at all levels of the business
* Excellent Attention to detail
Hours - Monday to Friday - 8:30 till 5pm
£20,000 - £26,000
