DATAMARK, Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mail Associate I to join our team. The Mail Associate I will play a crucial role in handling incoming and outgoing mail for our clients. In this role, the Mail Associate I will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail in a timely and accurate manner. The Mail Associate I will maintain accurate records of mail activities and assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies. Salary is $15 per hour.
Responsibilities
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
Perform detailed sorting operations per current business rules and work instructions
Ensure accurate recording of mail activities
Sort incoming payments and process per current business rules and work instructions
Assist in resolving mail-related issues or discrepancies
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the mail room area
Perform first level and detailed research as required to correctly identify and route document images percurrent business rules and work instructions
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in document preparation/sorting, data entry or general administrative support preferred
Keying speed 30 WPM (corrected)
10-Key speed - >6,000 per hour (corrected)
Ability to lift and carry up to 45lbs
Good organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
