I am currently representing Kensington and Chelsea Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate of £34.59 which is negotiable dependent upon experience.

We are looking for a HRA Finance Business Partner this role will be: W8 7NX

The right candidate will:

* To act as a Finance Business Partner for the HRA providing high level financial advice and support to the Directors / Assistant Directors and their Heads of Service.

* Budgeting and Financial Planning and the MTFS

* Closing of accounts process, ensuring timescales are achieved.

* Budget monitoring and forecasting.

* To respond to information requests quickly and accurately.

* To provide financial reports for departmental meetings as required.

We require the following:

* Degree Educated or significant relevant experience

* CCAB Qualified

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent analytical and IT skills

* Experience of working with substantial budgets

* Experience of managing complex financial issues in an environment of change

* Ability to challenge and question the way things are done

* Experience of producing reports on complex matters
