Description
Support the Executive Directors
Act as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
Maintain executive appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
Organise and maintain the office filing system
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Prepare reports by collecting and analysing information
Represent the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence
Protect the organisation's value by keeping information confidentialProfile
A successful Administrator should have:
Experience in an Administrative position
A proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of office management systems and procedures
An understanding of office management and daily operations
Strong verbal and written communication skillsJob Offer
A salary of £24,200 - 25,900 (pro rata = £21,080 - £22,500)
Term time only plus 5 days
Hybrid working pattern
