Link3 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 2 Qualified Nursery Assistant / Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Coventry (CV3). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about working with young children and is looking for a part-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the daily running of the nursery and assist in delivering high-quality care and education to children in the early years age range.
Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children to thrive in.
Support the team in planning and implementing creative activities to enhance children’s development.
Work closely with other staff and parents to ensure the well-being of all children.
Requirements:

Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Passionate about child development and supporting young learners.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of safeguarding practices and health & safety regulations.
