Position: Full-Time, Contract
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant infant school in Walsall. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our youngest learners, helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons for children in Early Years.
Providing individual and group support to ensure all children reach their full potential.
Creating a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the wellbeing and development of all children.
Assisting with the daily care and development of children, including personal care when necessary.
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
Requirements:
Level 2 Qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) is essential.
Extensive experience working in an Early Years setting.
A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them thrive.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Full-time availability from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Ability to provide two recent references from previous employers.
