The SEN team at Smile Education are looking to recruit enthusiastic newly qualified Teaching AssistantS who are searching to secure their first paid role to gain more experience and build long standing relationships with local Schools across Dudley and Sandwell.

Smile Education can offer a range of role across Mainstream Schools and SEN settings to support students between the ages of 4 years old through to 16 years old. We can tailor our search for work to where your passion lies! We can offer full time and part time to fit around any other commitments you currently have. This role is ideal for apaplicants who are due to start Univeristy in September and need the flexibility to fit around their studies.

To apply for this role:

You must hold a minimum of a level 2 in Childcare or similar course
Have recent experience of working with children and able to provide a reference to cover this
Hold an enhanced DBS or willing to apply for a new one through Smile Education
Have a genuine passion and commitment to improvement students learning
Able to work within a larger teamAbout Smile Education: 
· Receive regular CPD, training and support from your Smile consultant 
· Complete confidentiality and guidance
