Scantec are recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Project Manager to join our client in Liverpool. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of manufacturing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating cross-functional teams.
Managing project timelines
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and manage small, medium and large manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Managing budgets, monitoring spending and reporting financial performance against forecasts.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- A recognised Project Management Certification (Prince 2/PMI)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
