Job Description
My client is an expert in the development and production of carbon-ceramic materials.
What you'll be doing as their Manufacturing Project Manager:
Project planning & Execution of small, medium, and large projects
Act as the primary point of contact between clients, engineering teams, and external suppliers to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project goals.
Work closely with engineering, design, procurement, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Manage project budgets, monitor spending, and report on financial performance against projections.
Ensure that all projects comply with industry regulations and company standards, maintaining a high level of quality in all deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and profitability for future projects.
Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.Need to have:
A relevant Engineering degree.
Candidates without these qualifications but who can demonstrate relevant industrial knowledge and experience will be considered.
5 years of experience in Automotive or similar Engineering manufacturing role.
Recognised Project Management certification (Prince2/PMI etc)What they'll give you in return:
