Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education and will play a key role in helping students achieve their academic potential.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with classroom management and organisation.
Support individual students and small groups with their learning activities.
Help prepare lesson materials and resources.
Provide support to students with special educational needs.
Supervise students during non-classroom times including in-between classes, during lunch, and on field trips.
Assist with the assessment and recording of student progress.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required.About You:

Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification desirable but not essential.
A passion for education and working with children.
Previous experience in a teaching assistant or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
