Key Responsibilities:

Reflect on and develop own practice

Team player who will make a positive contribution to the school team

Can deliver engaging learning

Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Provide one-on-one support to children where required

Provide feedback to pupils in relation to their progress and achievement.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience working within a classroom (EYFS- KS2)

Knowledge: Understanding of the National Curriculum

Desirable: Experience working with children in a school setting.
