Senior Structural Engineer (Buildings Structures)

Salary:

£52,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on expereince and qualifications

Alexander Associates are currently looking for an experienced, chartered/near chartered Senior Structural Engineer in London with a background in building structures design. Our client is a national engineering consultancy responsible for delivering flagship schemes across the UK. Responsibilities:

Undertaking detailed design and assessments for new and existing structures
Leading multiple projects effectively and managing project teams of engineers and technicians
Conducting site visits and producing structural reports
Attending client meetings and acting as the Technical Consultant when necessary
Mentoring junior engineers in the team

Experience:

Minimum of 6 years' experience in building structures design
Strong technical knowledge of all common buildings materials
The ability to effectively lead a team

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
To have achieved or be working towards CEng status
