Labourer Roles and Responsibilities

Assisting with various construction tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Operating basic tools and machinery to support skilled tradespeople on-site.
Ensuring the work site is clean, organised, and free from hazards.
Following health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all workers.
Loading and unloading materials from delivery trucks.
Performing basic maintenance of equipment and tools.
Assisting in the setup and tear down of scaffolding and other temporary structures.

Labourer Requirements

Physical fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects, perform physical labour for extended periods.
Experience: Previous labourer or construction experience is preferred but not required.
Safety awareness: Familiarity with health and safety protocols in construction environments.
Team player: Willingness to work collaboratively with other team members.
Valid certification/license: (e.g., CSCS card or relevant qualification, if required for the job).
