KPJ Group is currently recruiting for a Labourer to join a well-established team based in the High Peak.

This role will involve working on council housing stock and other commercial properties, carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks.

What’s on offer?

* £24,000 - £27,000 per year

* Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

* 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

* Pension contribution scheme

What will you be doing as a Labourer?

* Performing basic repairs, labouring tasks, void clearances, and cleaning of properties

* Conduct general building maintenance, including fence repairs, tree trimming, and working at heights

* Liaising with the scheduling team to ensure efficient completion of tasks

* Providing support and supervision to apprentices when required

* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies

What do you need?

* Previous experience in a similar maintenance role

* Sound knowledge of Health & Safety regulations

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to work at heights

* Strong time management and problem-solving skills
