London Bridge – Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office)
Salary up to £40,000 dependent on experience

Medlock Partners have partnered with a growing and value driven consultancy certified as Great Place to Work, looking to appoint a Resourcing Lead to join their successful and collaborative team.

As a Resourcing Lead you will be part of the Delivery Team. You will have a recruitment background and a strong understanding of resourcing and matching skills to client requirements.

In this role you will be working closely with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and attract top talent. You will enjoy working at pace and will be able to run with client requirements through to deployment.

Key responsibilities of the Resourcing Lead:

Develop and grow a diverse network of technology change professionals, including Programme & Project Managers, Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and other change specialists.
Take responsibility for expanding and managing the community of expert consultants and practitioners through various communication methods like LinkedIn and referrals.
Screen and assess associates to ensure both technical and cultural fit, handling the entire process from recruitment to onboarding.
Identify opportunities to collaborate with associates on client engagements through strong relationship management.
Assist in organising and facilitating monthly events
Support the onboarding process for new associates
Key requirements for the Resourcing Lead:

Strong and creative resourcing skills, with a tenacious approach to finding talent.
Experience using innovative sourcing strategies.
Ideally experienced in Change and Transformation, with exposure to working closely with technology and change professionals.
Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and work both proactively and reactively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
