Career Teachers are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team and support a child in Key Stage 1 with special educational needs (SEND) at a Primary School in Derbyshire. This is a full-time position running from November 2024 to July 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored 1:1 support to a child with SEND in Key Stage 1.
- Assist with the child's educational and developmental needs.
- Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the child's progress.

Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting children with SEND.
- Strong understanding of special educational needs and effective support strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
