Role Overview: Career Teachers are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Teaching Assistant to work within one of our vibrant primary schools located in Derbyshire. This role involves providing one-on-one support to a Year 1 child with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in Key Stage 1 and supporting those with SEND.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to a Year 1 child with special educational needs.
Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans.
Collaborate with teachers and SEN coordinators to create an inclusive learning environment.
Support the child in both academic and social activities.
Monitor and report on the child's progress and development.Requirements:

Proven experience working with children in Key Stage 1.
Experience supporting children with special educational needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
