Full-Time
Working for a Logistics company you will be responsible for analysing process, inventory control and operational performance. Once analysed you provide recommendations for any adjustments or improvements. Ensure the quality of internal and external reports.

Duties

* Data gathering and analysis for projects and customer requests

* Independently converting data to presentable material for management and external parties (summaries of analyses, business case documents, presentations, etc.)

* Practical project lead for warehouse improvements & ad-hoc projects

* Coaching colleagues and teams in developing process improvement skills

* Maintenance / development / administration of operational performance management tools and their operational manuals (KPI reporting / staff planning tools and productivity reporting, etc.)

Provide advice and instructions to departments to prevent irregularities in processes

Education level

Degree education

Advanced Excel skills

Job Experience

At least 1 year experience working within a Warehouse Logistics Operation

Requirements

* Ability to work independently within the scope of a project

* Demonstrable affinity with warehousing and project/coaching activities

* Sound knowledge of MS Office – particularly MS Excel

* Good knowledge of English, verbally and in writing

* Knowledge of warehouse management systems is an advantage

* In this role people skills and logistics knowledge are of equal importance

* Ability to identify continual improvement opportunities within a process driven environment

* Experience in writing Standard Operating Procedures and process maps at a high level

Working hours

37.5 hours Monday to Friday
