Business Process Analyst

My client, a dynamic and innovative organisation, seeks a skilled Business Process Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will drive operational improvements by analysing and optimising business processes to ensure they align with organisational goals. The successful candidate will collaborate across departments, implement process enhancements, and support the effective deployment of Execution Management System (EMS) projects, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.

As a Business Process Analyst, you will identify opportunities for process improvement, drive efficiency, and ensure business processes are optimised to meet quality, regulatory, and legal standards. Your role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to align business processes with strategic objectives and help deliver projects that add value to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimisation: Analyse and refine business processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organisational goals. Manage and update process maps within the EMS tool.

Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business process owners to gather requirements, understand challenges, and suggest solutions to improve processes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement across departments.

Change Management Support: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to manage organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions during process updates. Provide clear communication and training to stakeholders on new processes.

Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements, using data to make informed decisions.

Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance business processes, ensuring seamless integration of new systems.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches to business process management. Proactively seek opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven Experience in Process Analysis: Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, optimisation, and stakeholder management.

Knowledge of Methodologies: Familiarity with business process management techniques, process mapping, and performance measurement.

Change Management Support: Experience supporting organisational change initiatives and ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of business processes with organisational objectives.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in requirements gathering and process mapping and knowledge of systems like ERP and CRM.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications:

Experience with Infor LN, Celonis EMS, or similar process management tools.

Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification.

Familiarity with Lean principles and BPMN2 process mapping standards.

Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent project management qualification.
