What you'll do as a Special Needs Teacher:

Implement tailored learning plans and adapted teaching materials
Implement behaviour plans and procedures
Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
Monitor student progress
Collaborate with teachers, teaching assistants, and parents

What you need to be as a Special Needs Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility and creativity to adapting to student needs
Experience with special educational needs (desirable, not essential)

Information on the Special Needs Teacher role:

Location- Sevenoaks, Kent

Pay- £(Apply online only) per day. This is equivalent to £(Apply online only) per week Full-Time. Day rate is dependent on qualifications, experience, and length of contract with school.

Hours- 8.30am-3.30pm Monday-Friday. Full-time and part-time positions available

Contract- Day-to-day supply work, short-term contract, long-term contract, temp to perm, and permanent roles available

Year- Key Stages 1-5 (Years 1-13, ages 5-19)

Qualifications- QTS essential
