Job Title: SEN Primary Class Teacher (SEN Experience)
Location: Dover, Kent

SEN Teacher (Primary Class)
As a SEN Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, tailored education to primary-aged children with a range of special educational needs. Your role will involve creating and implementing individualized education plans, collaborating with parents and professionals, and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Your role:
Develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with special educational needs.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
Assess students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents, caregivers, and school staff.
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to support student learning.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic development.
Maintain accurate records of students' progress and participate in regular reviews and assessments.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in SEN education.
Qualification and Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) desirable
Really good behaviour management skills (challenging classroom).
Proven experience in teaching children with special educational needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
An Enhance Child and Adult DBS (or willing to obtain one)
