Top Gun Staffing Group LLC has partnered with a global technology company in Manchester, NH to help identify their next Product Support Engineer. In this role, the Product Support Engineer will provide technical support to Field Service Engineers (FSEs), customers, distributors, and other key stakeholders while maintaining/exceeding customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide pre / post sales telephone support for all product lines.
Process customer samples and provide technical reports and process recommendations based on findings.
Provide product training to FSE's, customers, and other key stakeholders at Corporate or offsite in other locations.
Provide documentation, including bulletins related to system applications, process and procedures, and/or sales support.
Prep for and attend trade shows.
Maintain equipment for in-house customer demos.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
AS in technical discipline or 3+ years of related work experience.
Excellent planning, coordination and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent telephone demeanor, coupled with verbal and written communication skills.
Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to develop conceptual alternatives.
Ability to follow through a problem until a satisfactory solution is reached for the customer.
Ability to remain calm and courteous when discussing and resolving problems with FSEs, customers, etc.
Ability to multitask with a high attention to detail.
Proficiency with computers / programs.
Bilingual Spanish is a HUGE Plus!
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and valid passport.
Must be able to safely lift 25-40 pounds alone or 100 pounds with assistance. Travel is required for this position 30-35% of the time.
Hours
Onsite, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Salary Range
$60,000 - $70,000/year (plus benefits package), commensurate with experience.
