Associate Building Surveyor
* £70,000 – £90,000 + Bonus + Full family healthcare + Hybrid + more

Join this professional consultancy as an Associate Building Surveyor with clear progression to Director. With a broad workload across a range of top-tier clients, you will be hands-on with clients including private estates, funds, livery companies, billionaires and even Royalty, working with some of London’s most iconic properties.
Person Specification:
* MRICS
* 4+ years post-qualification experience
* Excellent communication skills including a high level of diplomacy in dealing with all stakeholders
* Broad range of experience as outlined below
Roles & Responsibilities:
Working across a broad range of projects and professional instructions, you will be client-facing at the highest level with strong communication skills.
Working directly with the Directors, you may assist with the running of a team, also supporting junior staff through APC.
Work is predominantly in the private sector in Central London and the Home Counties. Areas of work include the following:
* Contract administration/ project management
* Planned maintenance surveys
* Schedules of condition and dilapidations
* Development monitoring
* Party wall matters
* Defects analysis
* Licence to Alter
* Landlord’s representative in relation to tenants’ fit-out and alteration works
Salary & Package:
Salary range will be £70,000 – £90,000 pa dependent on background and experience.
Package includes: –
* Bonus
* Hybrid working 3/2

* Internal and external CPD
