A multidisciplinary building consultancy, who have nationwide offices and growing teams, are seeking an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their London office.
This is an opportunity that offers the successful Associate Building Surveyor a collaborative environment, where you'll offer a variety of services to a mixed portfolio of clients.

Continuous training Role and responsibilities
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will ideally be well-versed in generating work and will seek new clients, whilst tending to existing ones. You'll deliver a true range of services, both project and professional, on a variety of property types including education, social housing, office etc, with clients in the private and public sectors.
Your role as Associate Building Surveyor will include the daily day-to-day management of junior members of the team, with responsibility to push the team forward and maintain there performance.
Person specification
This role will suit a rounded Associate Building Surveyor who is keen to showcase their ability to take responsibility for their work as well as other individuals progression, and who seeks autonomy and an encouraging environment.
MRICS qualified
RICS accredited degree
A strong consultancy/private practice background in construction or property
Client facing, commercial awareness and ability to generate new business
