The key responsibilities of a Project Admin Support candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
Support with programme administrative duties such as data entry and file management.
Note taking and producing documents.
To manage programme calendar.
Submit weekly team absence reports.
Coordinate meeting schedules and assist in the preparation of necessary documents.
Liaise effectively with team members and other departments.
Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all documentation is stored securely.
Assist in project tasks as required.
Ensure all communications are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
Log program actions onto relevant platform.
Support in the preparation of weekly programme reports and summaries.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Profile
A successful Project Admin Support should have:
A strong understanding of administrative tasks within a busy environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to adapt to implementation within workforce.
An ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to commute to Bury daily.Job Offer
