Cooper Recruitment are privileged to support our client looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their small yet growing team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to our sales department, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks.

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Opportunity to grow and develop within a supportive team.

20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

Your typical day will look like this:

Working closely with the sales team providing general support.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt response and accurate information delivery.

Ensure all CRM systems are accurate and kept up to date.

Full cycle of the sales ordering and invoicing process.

Working with customers understanding their needs and finding solutions to any issues they may have.

This role will excite a person who:

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a sales environment.

Experience with CRM software’s, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Understands what good customer service looks like.

Has great attention to detail.

Has a can-do positive attitude.

Is happy to get stuck and works well in a team and is able to work independently.
