We are currently working with a not-for-profit organisation in Central Cambridge who are looking for a Professional Development Project Manager to join their team, on a full time basis, although other working hours will be considered. This is a permanent role with hybrid working.

Main duties will include:

* Design, develop and deliver projects and programmes

* Conduct research for ongoing projects

* External stakeholder management

* Assist with bid writing

* Work closely with freelance researchers

* Monitor and report on the progress of programmes through data analysis

* Attending training events and meetings when required to provide on-site support

The successful candidate will have:

* Excellent project management skills

* Ideally experience working within higher education

* Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to work under pressure

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Good IT skills, including: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Power Point

* Confident in using Zoom/ Teams and other video conferencing platforms

* Ability and willingness to travel in the UK and internationally when needed
