The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have significant experience post Part 2 qualification and will have brilliant knowledge of current UK building regulations. You will have a strong track record in hospitality projects, a keen eye for design, and should be proficient using AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe.
Responsibilities, Skills and Experience for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
Significant post Part 2 experience in a UK-based architectural practice
Demonstrated success whilst working on hospitality projects, supported by a strong portfolio
Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, and technical specifications for joinery, electrics, and finishes
Assist with hospitality design projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers, including conducting site visits and reviews
Confidently manage projects independently and within a collaborative team.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp
Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
Experience with construction detailing and preparing technical documentation
