Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £27000-£34000 (dependent on experience)

I am working with a RIBA chartered practice to find a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a friendly team in Birmingham. The practice predominantly works on projects within the Residential sector, from housing estates to bespoke homes, alongside some Commercial and Retail projects.
The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have significant UK based experience in industry and should have excellent technical skills. You will have a portfolio full of exceptional designs and will be confident using AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
Completed RIBA Part One and RIBA Part Two qualifications
Significant post qualification experience is required
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Residential experience is beneficial
Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
Designing and modelling projects whilst collaborating with senior team members
Supporting Project Architects and attend design meetings
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Great technical abilities
Must live within a commutable distance of Birmingham
