Key Responsibilities:
* Apply specialised coatings to assemblies and components
* Wet spraying, epoxy materials, dry powder coating, and impregnation
* Use Alocrom brush processes and silicon spray coatings
* Conduct insulation testing, DC resistance, inductance measurements
* Perform visual inspections before and after coating
* Rectify minor defects and assist with performance monitoring
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Skilled in coating techniques like spraying or impregnation
* Able to follow instructions and work with small parts using optical aids
* Awareness of CAA/FAA regulations and MRP principles
