Paint Technician / Spray Painter
Location: Sunbury on Thames

Paint Technician
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Paint Technician / Spray Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying specialised coatings to various assemblies, components, and piece parts to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in the painting and coating industry, looking to enhance their skills and be part of a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided for specific processes and techniques.
Key Responsibilities of the Paint Technician
Apply a range of coatings, including conventional wet spraying of paints, epoxy materials, dry powder coating, and electrostatic processes.
Use advanced techniques such as vacuum or trickle impregnation and Alocrom brush processes.
Operate within process specifications and written work instructions to achieve precise results.
Conduct quality inspections, including DC resistance, inductance, and insulation testing, as well as dimensional checks using micrometers and Vernier calipers.
What We’re Looking For in the Paint Technician
Proven experience in a similar role involving paint application or coatings.
Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following: wet spraying, powder coating, electrostatic processes, or epoxy materials.
Good manual dexterity with the ability to handle small parts and use tools like micrometers and inspection magnifiers.
