Sales Order Processing Administrator (Manufacturing)

We are thrilled to be recruiting for our client - a global manufacturing company - whose UK team support their UK and Ireland customers by liaising and ordering from their European Manufacturing Sites.
This role is a key role in the business, we are looking for an extremely well organised administrator with excellent customer interaction skills, ideally with sales order processing experience working on Sage.
Your New Role
* Open, sort, scan and distribute post (including managing ‘return to sender’ post within our CRM)
* Answer, screen and transfer inbound calls
* Scan documents as per procedure
* Add exhibition contacts to company database (CRM)
* Update contacts in company database (CRM)
* Organise couriers - telephone booking, online booking, completing waybills
* Process purchase orders, including credit card, proforma, call off orders
* Process sales orders (confirmation of orders), invoices, despatch notes, proforma invoices, call off invoices, partial payment invoices
* Record GRNs in SAGE, and in an Excel GRN log
* Maintain and manage Excel order log
* Handle customer credit card payments
* Process customer credit references
* Process packaging of goods ready for shipment, including correct datasheets
* Maintain stationery stock
* Maintain and manage Excel enquiry Log
* Assist with annual stock take
* Add new products in SAGE
Our clients CRM system is ACT!. An applicant with experience with ACT! and/or SAGE would be beneficial.
