We are currently working with a well respected M&E contractor with a turnover of circa £50m and a busy order book of upcoming projects in partnership with leading main contractors across the commercial, healthcare and education sectors who require a mechanical project manager to join their London business unit to work on a notable £25m M&E mixed use education and labs project in Central London.

Reporting to an MEP Project Director you will join from an early stage pre-construction going to site early next year to act as mechanical lead to deliver the project through to PC.

Key duties include:
• Liaison/meetings with clients, supply chain and delivery teams and management.
• Health & Safety management
• Attending internal CVR/progress meetings
• Financial management of projects, including procurement and assisting with costings.
• Preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
• Management and briefing of personnel.
• Resolving installation and access issues.
• Completion and submission of as-installed documentation.
• Programme and project planning

Sign off to pay a very attractive salary, with an opportunity to join a very interesting project from an early stage, a clear and achievable promotion path to project director level will be outlined from the beginning of your tenure
